where can I find antique pianos for sale in colorado springs?

July 5, 2010 @ 7:50 am

I am looking for an upright made in 1911. I can’t remember who made it but it sounded like an old honky tonk piano. I think it was made in Germany. It was sold for $60 in a storage shed sale about 8 years ago. I really would like to find that piano. It was my mothers.

  1. Try craigslist or a classified ad in the local paper. By the way, the honky tonk sound is produced by a piano being slightly out of tune with itself and can be produced on any piano.

  2. well try looking on the internet, but if you want a store, there is a place called the antique market (i think that swhat its called) IT IS HUGE!! and loades with all kinds of old stuff forr good prices. just to get a feel for how big it is, there is this one part of the store where there are about 50 glass display cases all in a row about 100-150 ft. long and i wandered all over the store for about an hour looking for them, and i cauldent find them again, ITS CRAZY!

another place i would look is in old colorado city, they have some good stores filled with random stuff like pianos.

try tiping in something like, ”music stores in colorado springs, Co” or somthing.

really hope i helped, good luck!
